I wasn't sure what you was on about until I typed 'Warped Tour' into Google and came back with 'http://www.warpedtour.com/'. I can tell from the number of dates that the bands on that are gonna be exhausted at the end of all.
As for the thing itself, I suppose if you like those types of bands, then you're in heaven. They're held at outside venues, presumably? I'm going to the last date of something a little closer to home at the beginning of July, in what will be my first experience of any festival type thing, or for that matter a show held outside. Here's hoping it's not pouring.
Looks like you'll have a lot of fun.

Yeah, Superman told me that ><. He's also not going. Apparently, not enough "real" punk bands are going. No offense, but he really pisses me off sometimes.

Yeah, he was sayin' that too and I'm all like "wtf?" and he's all "...yea..." and I'm like "screw you bye". Uhm...well...today the WT is in Dallas and tomorrow is San Antonio and then Monday should be my day...again...hopefully they won't get rained out. If they do I'll have to kill someone. Probably a kid at my school who I've nicknamed Spazzy McGee. Yeah...he'd be fun to kill...
Yeah, Superman annoys the hell outta me too, sometimes. BBJ, when you read this get on AIM.

I don't know who "Superman" is but he's a dumbass. While I'm not going (going to Ozzfest instead) any tour that has Anti-Flag, NOFX, or Bad Religion is "punk" enough for me. Though Against Me! and the Dropkick Murphys aren't on the tour this year, which is dissappointing.

(going to Ozzfest instead) I have to wait till next year or something to see Judas Priest! Times like this when I wished I lived in the US. None of the bands on the Warped Schedule are really my type, although I did note a lot of 'pop punk' bands. Mind you, that Coheed and Cambria are playing too, so that'll keep some people happy. EDIT: My avatar is from the best Punk album that'll be released until Motorhead release their next album .

Hopefully I'm one of those people you're talking about. ^_^ I'm only going to Warped Tour for only 10-15 bands (i.e. Co & Ca, Saosin, Alkaline Trio, Rufio, My Chemical Romance, Finch, NOFX, Senses Fail) ... Those 'pop-punk' bands don't strike any interest in me whatsoever. Surprisingly, the only good bands are limited quite a bit, and the only good 'pop-punk' band there is Motion City Soundtrack (Refer to the song "Capital H"). Anyway, there's only a few reasons why I'm going: one, I'm going to see my favourite bands (Of course); two, to buy CDs and shirts; and three, to buy the Coheed and Cambria graphic novel. ;D I plan on going to a Warped Tour date somewhere between the days of Aug. 13 - Aug. 15. Though I live in Michigan, I don't plan on going to the Detroit show, due to the fact that not as many bands are playing there as the shows in northern Ohio.

Oops, forgot to post about it. Well, I was there for about six hours...four hours of scorching heat...then two hours of rain...anyways, I saw lots of cool bands, although I couldn't hear Yellowcard very well. I bought a WT shirt and the compilation CD. I also saw this cool band called Minority...it was made up of a bucnh of kids my age. ;D Anyways, I gotta go eat breakfast...hope everyone else who's going has a good a time as I did.
