It should be in the Site Advertisement section!
About the layout, well i can't say that's a great layout!
It's a PHP based layout. There isn't great graphics and i don't think that this kind of layout very attractive. Anyway...in this kind of site, sometimes the layout isn't important but the content of it!

Yeah...well if your planning on hanging around (Which I hope you do, as I would with others) you should learn to post in the correct sections.  I think it needs more stuff on there to make it more successful... |

But you see, no one will visit the site if you have nothing to offer them. That is why forums and stuff on their own always fail. If a forum is connected to a successful RM2K site (With resources, music and so on) then it is a LOT more likely to be successful.

mmm...i have bee working very "hard"... I have to find origninal resources and ask permition for every single one of them....Not easyXD
BTW you guys say there nothing on the site, you have to register and login to view the downloads...

Then you should add something that you can specialise in.
Such as if your an adequate RM2K programmer, you can make tutorials for people. Such as simple variable tutorials or whatever. There are numerous people who post about how to use variables, so it would be a useful thing to make.
