I don't think an Evangelion game would be good. Not enough fighting characters.

A Go Go Hikari game would be interesting, to say the least. Basically, you'd just run around playing Go with people. You can participate in regular matches in Go clubs, or Go matches that advance the storyline and give you cutscenes. Also, you can choose options whether or not to get hints from Sai. Some storyline matches may null out this option, however. The graphics wouldn't have to be too advanced, a cel-shaded game in the anime style would be fine. Music from the anime would also be fine. I'd buy it, although it'd probably never reach the States if it came out.
Also, a Trigun game would be a neat first person shoother, Yu Yu Hakusho would make a good fighting game, Last Exile would make a neat RPG, and you just know they're gonna make a Sonic X game eventually.

i think a trigun game,or ruroni kenshin, but not a trigun first person shooter, i think it would be cool to make both of them with a DEVIL MAY CRY type battle system.

A first-person Trigun wouldn't do well. People in Japan don't like FPS at all. ANd I doubt they'd make a game base don an anime solely for the foreign market. Ruroni Kenshin would be kinda weird, because he swore not to kill people. So what do you do in the game? You slice a guy, he hits the ground, but then gets back up?

Yeah, good point. Okay, then Trigun could be a THIRD person shooter. *shrug*

Slayers. But of course its been done. There's been quite a few slayers games including Slayers Royal 1 & 2. Plus an SNES slayers game. I think it was also an RPG. It just goes to show that Slayers is the best people... ;D

All of those are animes...
Asuka: Already made several Evangelion games and most of them suck.

Most anime based games do. The only anime game I've played that was decent was: Sailor Moon: Another story 1. because it was an RPG 2. the graphics weren't half bad 3. It was actually pretty fun to play
Unlike that crappy Magic Knight Rayearth RPG. It plain sucked.

Berserk game was the best anime-based game I ever played. It was hack-and-slash and the plot was excellent. The visuals were simply stunning. It was released in English on Dreamcast.

On the topic of my Go Go Hikari game idea, it's already been done in Japan several times. It's just probably never coming to America.
A Ghost In the Shell game would be worth playing. I actually heard it was in progress a couple of years back.
