Wow. Very "Curse of Monkey Island" feel to it with a touch of anime. I like it.

Hehe, I can see the "Curse of Monkey Island"-ness in the characters . I like 'em. Just make sure that you play through the first three Monkey Island games before making a storyline (if it is a less than serious game, of course) .

Played through all 3 monkey Islands, loved em to death and I now pay my respects to their graves every Wednesday. I never actually considered doing a Monkey Island approach but now I think that will work very well. Guess I'll go and fire up the three headed monkey again to get me into that type of mood. Thanks for the comments, guys, too.

Played through all 3 monkey Islands, Um, three? There's actually FOUR Monkey Island games, the fourth one being called "Escape From Monkey Island". This one was in full 3D, unlike the first two and the psuedo-3D cartoony one. Since it was in 3D, Guybrush lost his "goofy" feel and the game really kind of sucked. So, this post is merely informative and not an advertisement. Ding! ^_^

Hehe, that's why I didn't mention the 4th, it was devoid of imagination or jokes.

And I didn't mention it because 1. Never played it 2. 3dness makes it look less 'Monkey Island' Anyway, I've done another one. Sorry but it's a little hard to see and the paper got crumpled up in my bag.

Well I'm currently working on another game called 'Reflections that Pierce'. Once I'm done with that I have the pirates lined up next.
Incase your remotely interested here are the descriptions of me hearties. No names yet.
Striped shirt- Main character, cabin boy, kind, good-willed.
Mop man- Loud, brash, rude, dirty, in charge of swabbing the decks.
sling man- Captian of the ship, quiet, reclusive, wise
short and tall- lookout men, strong attachment to each other, work very well co-operatively.
Far right bandanna- 2nd mate, ladies man, skilled at everything, fighting, speed, talking, lockpicking, etc
double eyepatch- in charge of food supply, blind, senile, enjoys fishing
goggles- cook, alchemist, in charge of firepower and food, inventive in all respects.
thin moustache- navigator, ruthless, polite, cruel, groomed, short tempered.
hook and peglegs- various oddjobs guy, mad, crazy, insane, one screw loose, etc..
If I develop this game anymore (story, ideas, concept, humour) I'll make a thread in game makers.

Yeah. Wum's anime art style is really CUTE. Characters aren't pretty or handsome...they're CUTE!!! Seeing one brings a smile to your face!
Ugh, that was sugary.
