Sometimes its Hard---Poem

[Grim]

Sometimes im left without energy
I feel empty inside
I try to get up but i cant
I need my energy
I need to get up
But its not about "I"
Its about life
I cant move at all
I need happiness to fuel
I feel like a dead vessal
But its not about "I"
Its about life.
I cant move
This recurring symphony of life never seems to end.
With each bad grade it becomes harder to get up.
with each bad feeling it becomes harder to get up.
Sometimes i dont want to get up.
Sometimes I just want to lay there.
Dead and lifeless.
Its better than going through life in misery.
And each day the light at the end seems to get farther away.
Sometimes its hard to live
Sometimes its hard to breath
Sometimes its hard to move
Sometimes its hard...

Vessel and breathe are spelled wrong, but it's overall very good.

Yeah, it is actually quite a powerful little piece of poetry; more of a statement than a poem, but touching nonetheless. I'd correct all the grammatical errors, and it might come out better.
