Hi I am new to this forum and i was wondering whats is an rpg maker and do you have a normal rpg board and if so HOW THE HELL DO I RPG help me please and i will be your freind,.......  |

Wow, you are serious about this, right?
There is a section about RPGs, it's called Role Playing Games General. An RPG Maker is a program that you can use to make your own RPGs. I don't know how yo RPG, less if you mean RP, and that's what you make a character and act as him/her in the world.
I wouldn't recommend asking many silly questions, people will begin to hate you...
