Okay this one is for all you guys that have games out.
Do you guys make the spells and items before the actuall game or while you go along?

I do the graphic before and during the game then when the game is over(or when it is long enought to be played)I play the game normaly without leveling up too much then I make the attack power of skills.You must make them good enought but not too good or else the game is too easy...

I make all skills and items before I start making the game. If during the game I make something like a quest item, I just add it to the bottom. I don't think it really helps significantly to make all items and skills first, but it helps a little.

Well.. I'm using a CBS and I can change the order of items in my Custom Menus as I see fit, so I make items as I go along.
However before the CMS/CBS that I've made I used to try and make as many items as I can first because then I can group them properly. The order in your list is the order they appear in the player's inventory. Its really bad to look at your inventory and see clutter. I like to try and organize all my consumables on top and then weapons/armor then other stuff. I always leave about 20 spaces between each 'category' so I can add things if need be.
