I think he wants to get the whole staff and then the writers will decide everything...

Well if you're wondering about the hierarchy, then it basically goes like this:
Editor > Writers > Physical Artists > Digital Artists
The digital artists don't really have much say beyond voicing their opinions on what things SHOULD be. The physical artists have the last says on what the characters and terrains should look like, since hell, they've gotta draw them. The writers have the last say on what goes on with the story itself, narratives, dialogue, etc.
Then again, there's the editor which organizes all of it and unless four out of the other six are against his/her decision, they get the last say on EVERYTHING.

I'd like to be a physical artist. I'm okay at coloring, but there are others out there way better than me.

The plot and story aren't decided until everything is done. So far I have only one person that's given examples of work and that's Blake for a writing position.
I don't think anyone's even GONE for the graphic artist positions.

How would I give examples of being an editor? I mean, the online magazine I used to edit has long gone, so I don't have anything to show. Do you want a website I've made, or something like that?

f**k if I know. Part of the job is having to be decisive, so decide on what you think would be best.
Then again you're the only applicant for that part. XD

Rolin, I have a few good ideas in mind, they're of different genres and crap too. I THINK, we should start off with a small, self-contained story to make into a short manga and get the hang of things, then we can move on to something bigger....what do you think?

..If there weren't so many writers, I would help. But I suck at drawing, no matter what I do..and I even have a good working scanner..ironic in a way, isn't it?

I was thinking about making a manga story about 2 young men who are just settling into their careers- one is a baseball player and the other a boxer. One night they meet each other again for the first time in several years, and they reflect on what caused them to stop being friends. The story starts off with them talking and then moves into flashback and at the end it is resolved. There are several messages I want to portay but I have to think awhile before I want to finalize anything. What do you all think?

I could probably be editor, since I usually edit in this order: spell check, self correction, then I'll get my dad to look over it, usually finds all the mistakes. I would do drawings but I don't have a scanner, and my school spent all it's money on P4 comps and a big fancy Toshiba projector.
