This is probably doomed to failure, but why the f**k not try?
I was wondering if anyone else wanted to pitch in to create a manga. Now, obviously . . . There are some of us that can draw, there are some that can write, and there are some that can brainstorm. If anyone is interested, then agree to the below terms and say WHY you are interested in doing so.
Terms:
1) Must contribute AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK in some way or form.
2) Must not leave the group once the work has gone underway.
3) If you may have to leave the group once the true work has begun, then don't bother signing up.
4) If you have a skill and someone else is more qualified, then don't give up. Help out as much as you can.
5) Please, please, PLEASE- ONLY GO FOR A JOB THAT YOU CAN DO!!! I don't, and I don't think that ANYONE ELSE wants CG as a writer and me at artist . . . It's the kind of thing that would never make any f**king sense. (not like any of us want CG in this thing anyway XD)
Positions:
Manga Artist 1 (draws schetches of manga, character design)
Manga Artist 2 (draws details of manga, landscape design)
Publishing Artists 1 and 2 (inserts text, finishing touches in graphics editing software)
Plot Writer/Brainstormer (writes overall plot, works with script writer)
Script Writer/Brainstormer (writes script/lines, works with plot writer)
Editor/Publisher (manages project, tiebreaking vote in disputes, especially between writers)
Personally, I would be one of the writers, but if some other writer has a preference for what they want to have done. I would HATE to be the Editor/Publisher because that means that I'd have to organize everything, and I HATE organizing things. I suppose that if worst comes to worst, I could TRY to do the finishing touches on the manga using graphics editing software, but I'd need some practice cause' I don't exactly have powerful tools for it or even do the stuff that often, OR even enjoy it for that matter.
Meh . . . It's a dreamer's world, so there's always room for more hope.
