Ok, you know how there's a System 2 graphic? Well if I choose either traditional or alternative battle systems, then behind the MP of the character there's the ATB guage. It's incredibly irritating and I dunno how to get rid of it. Obviously in guage mode it looks ok, but I prefer to use alternative mode. Any way to fix it?

I could know what your talking about, but I just cannot seem to remember. Could you post some screenshots of your problem? It might help.

No,the Mps will always will over the ATB bar,except for the case of traditional and gauge,if you want to remove one thing from that,you'll have to erase the ATB bar,meaning you won't know when you'll be able to attack.

No,you only see the ATB bar and the current Hp,as well as monster names and such,however in alternative,you can't select which character you'll use to attack when more then one character got his ATB bar full,the Mps are shown when you select one of the magic/skill command you got.
