Tiny amount of help.

I downloaded RPG Maker 2003 a week ago and can't figure out how to put cities on the overworld map or how to put people insde the game so you can talk to them. I know you have use common events to make them walk and talk but I don't know how to use it.

Also, when I test the game it shows up in japanese or another East Asian language of some sort and nothing appears in English. Why?Some help would be appreciated. ;D

Maybe you got another translation of rm2k3 then the one we have...

As for the rest...err...did you read the help file?Cause basicly all you are asking are very simple things...
You can see and learn all the commands in the help file.

And if your translation is not RPG Advocate translastion,just download a patch there(you got 2 patch you can try in case one of them got bad fonts).

It says that it was translated by somprasonk team or something similar. The help file doesn't work because it was in Japanese. Thanks for the link, it should fix it.
