its a little blurry and you should put some kinda shadow or inner glow on the text.. but its pretty good for a frist try..

Oh ok.. then.. hmmm.. prehaps you should put an un-blurred layer of the blurred one and make the blurred one a bit large.. but thats just a suggestion..

I would of course If I knew how  . I just started using my graphics editor (Corel PHOTOPAINT 6.0 if you must know) and it's kind of old (1998 kind of old)I probably could do it if I fiddled around with it. |

1998 isn't that old. My workhorse computer is a Win98.

Well... it's not even wallpaper size. It's kinda... huh... weird. You shouldn't have used the blur, and it's kinda bare. Pratice.
