...why? Why do you DO this? You just post random things you create in MS Paint. I bet you were playing around with the neato pencil tool and you accidently made something that resembled a traffic cone. Realizing what everyone would do to you if you posted a picture of a traffic cone, you turned it into a hat. Seeing as though you couldn't make a proper dwarf after finding new inspiration, you decided to settle for a dog. You then thought, "Hm, what can I make that looks like a dog in a hat. oh I know, PaRappa the Rappa!". And so, here you are with something that vaguely resembles an impailed head who also, by the color of his eyes, has a heroine addiction.
Reading that will be far more entertaining than anything in this thread. I saved you CG. Now give me a cookie.
