Hey! Game Gear was awesome! Hell, they're like GBAs, only with good lighting. Plus, this was back in the day of the original Game Boy. If Sega still made handheld systems they probably would have come out to something like the PSP years ago.

True, true. Game gear had a better feel to it, too . . . And had better games.

But you're comparing GBA SP (a brand new portable) to GG (an ancient portable) Like they said, if Sega had continued imrpoving upon it like Nintendo did for the original GB, they'd be more advanced. GG does have some really good games, too bad many of the ones I really liked are in Japanese.

Yerp. They would probably have a portable Dreamcast and use minidiscs for it . . .
Oh god that would rule, there are SO many games for the DC that I wanna play.
Among them . . . Sword of Berserk!! (so what if I got the name wrong? it's berserk so NYA!)

In what ways? Not many, if any. I don't have a GB SP myself, so I wouldn't know what it's advantages are.

LCD screen, lighter, smaller, more beautiful, better games... Hmm... Still new games on constroction. I'll give it the LCD screen part...but a few questions and statements regarding your other points. 1. Lighter, do you mean, lighter as in weighs less, or has better lighting? 2. Smaller. Why does it need to be smaller when the GG fit in one's hands perfectly? 3. More Beautiful...What in the hells does that have to do with anything? 4. Better games. Excluding Golden Sun and Castlevania, no. Just no.

When I meant lighter, I meant in weight. About the lightning, LCD explains that.
Smaller is very good, because it doesn't only fit on your hands perfectly, it also fits on your pocket perfectly.
About the games: Advance Wars, Sonic Advance I & II, Castlevania, Golden Sun, Pokemon Saphira or Ruby, Puzzle Bobble and the list could go on. Please, don't make me do that.
EDIT: Typo.

About the games: Advance Wars, Sonic Advance I & II, Castlevania, Golden Sun, Pokemon Saphira or Ruby, Puzzle Buble and the list could go on..A lot of those are just "updated", AKA: worse versions of GG games. (I would assume "Puzzle Buble" is Puzzle Bobble or Bubble Bobble in a different package.) I supposed this topic doesn't matter as much though due to it being a matter of opinion (I for example, hate Pokemon games). The lighting was completely adjustable on GG. It was never too dark for me to play. Never.

On this one you don't need to adjust anything, plus, it has a better resolution, wich means it CAN have better graphics.
And by the way, I also hate Pokemon.
