I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but what is a PSP?

f**k Square and f**k Sony. If Advent Children isn't going to have a DVD version then I'm gonna stop buying square's stuff.

I couldn't be any more apathetic towards this. =/ It is headline noteworthy though. Jacket, get on it. >=)

I believe I read on EB's site there would also be a DVD version, but the release date was unknown.

I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but what is a PSP? Playstation Portable. It's a handheld gaming system with the power of a PS2. Yup.

Another marketing sceme...how pitiful. Meh, I never planned on buying Advent Children. I've lost faith in Square(-Enix).

Think that's bad? The "turks" prequel of FFVII on cell phone is horrid.

I've changed my mind, for now. The newest trailer made it look like it might be halfway decent. Then again, I guess nothing can be decided until it's actually in our possession. =P

It might look good, but who's going to want to spend 1-2 hours hunched over a tiny little handheld to watch a movie?
It does look mighty nifty, but Square woulda done better to make it a DVD. Or at least for the PS2 so we could watch it on a TV.

I didn't see the words "Exclusively on PSP" anywhere. Just..."On PSP". I'd assume they're going to release a DVD version eventually. In fact, I think it would be pretty stupid from a sales perspective for them not to.

Another stupid choice by Square. First they make a continuation to FF7. That's going to be shash for a start, but then they take the spectacular graphics of it (Which is certainly going to be the only thing going for it) and put them on a small screen? I mean what is the point in all that flaming detail?
What a load of shash.

Or at least for the PS2 so we could watch it on a TV. I just recently read in my new GamePro (August 2004 edition) that there will be a DVD and a UMD (Universal Media Disc, for PSP) version released probably simultaneously so there's more of a double deal towards them and the fans. (In related news, the PSP will also generally be used as a music and movie playback device, just in case you didn't know. So soon you could expect to see certain movies released on it. ^_____^)
