I recently purchased the two towers game (ok so its not really an RPG) and I thought it was very good fun yet far to short and rather linear. Has anybody played the fellowship of the ring game and if you have what do you think about it?

I haven't played it.. Haven't really heard much about it or even kept up with it, actually.
Would you consider it an RPG, or what? Just curious.

I have not played the fellowship...it looks to linear to really be an rpg.. the two towers is a hack and slash...if you consider them to be RPG's?

Not really. I'd call it an Action/Adventure

well the two towers is heavy on the action but not on adventure. Plus is has missions and I dont really think that an RPG could have like set missions. Its a lot like Baldurs gate dark alliance yet its even more linear.
