Yerp. I snagged it for $35, finally. Just wondering how many of you guys still play DS. I recently got insanely rich online . . . There was this game of "Free stuff". There was an arsehole that would kill you if you tried to get the stuff, but I managed to get away with 4million gold . . . In exchange for my best equipment, of course. Ah well, I'm only level 12-15.
So, who here still plays DS, and what's your username/charnames online?
My username is RolinOfEternity.

Ugh. You guys are so lame. Hacking and modding are the ONLY ways to play Dungeon Siege. You will all fall to my lv 1000 (that's right, 1000) siegelord, armed with weapons that can do billions of damage in a matter of seconds, and armor that will completely negate your attacks and spells, complete with spells that can instantly destroy you no matter what (This is why I stopped playing Dungeon Siege. Even with this character, there are still people who can beat me, and fighting my modded chickens is absolutely no fun anymore)

I stopped playing Dungeon Seige. The game is designed to be modded, so many people who play online mod their character's up to be really super strong. Even though its not the intent.
I had started a campaign at first but after a few months into it I realised that it would probably be hacked into oblivion within about a week after finishing it so I gave up.

Ugh... that's all the fun! It's not a competition of who plays the most, it's a competition to determine who is the best hacker with the best mods! If that wasn't the "intent", then why is it so easy to hack your character?

Iv'e found that it's always funner to build your characters without cheating or modding. A game's intent is never to see who can cheat the best.. That's just lame. WOO! I can use a trainer to make my character better than yours! WOO!
I haven't played Dungeon Siege but Iv'e always hated people who had to take the easy way out.

I say all the people here who DON'T cheat should get together and play.

I'm not going to waste my time playing "correctly" on a game that is mediocre at best, while 95% of the people who play it are hacking all around me.
DS is much more fun once you hack.
