It is a stupid thing to ask . Sorry! The plot of a game is on which everything depends upon: no plot, no game. You're better off taking the time to make one up, and so it's your own, personal game. Failing that, adapt a novel; that could work. If anyone thinks of a really good plot, chances are those people will become rapidly selfish .

A perfect example of what I was saying!
You may be able to get someone to assist you on your quest to make a plot, though.

Once someone makes a plot for you, "your" game is instantly his.

The best advice would be to read some books (or to a lesser extent, watch some films or cult sci-fi programmes), or actually play other's RM2K games (or commercial, whatever) to familiarise yourself with the way plots are set out, the way cliffhangers are used, etc. Most people, as I've said will not be willing to help you. I myself would have attempted to if I had more time, but my own projects are almost dead ^_^.

Okay . . . Developing a story, you need help, OKAY. That's all well and good, perfectly fine. BUT, since every single aspect of any story revolves around plot, from what a character looks like to a friggin pebble that someone kicks, you really need to come up with a plot on your own. The principles of the story, the morals, the characters, the world, and everything else revolves around it.
Making a thorough plot and story is the most difficult part of making a game and the most major part of it, as well. As someone said before, the game belongs to whomever creates the plot.

I mean that I need HELP with making a plot. Basically, years ago, some evil dude was on the verge of world domination but stopped by a bunch of good guys, millions of years later, a guy hears this story and decides to bring him back to finish the job. What I need are things like how was he brought back from the past.
