Ok, I got the chip sets of the Sailor Moon game and when I go to use it the secondary part of rpg maker 2000 it goes compleatly pink.....if someone knows whats wrong please help....

You need to re-import/import the chipset into your RM2K project and it will get rid of the pink rubbish. However, you need to make sure the colour depth is 256 on the file.
If you are going to edit the file aswell, each time you change it and save it you must re-import to see it in RM2K working correctly.

Sounds like a transparency problem. If it's all light pink and you can only see the upper layer, it's more than likely that's the case. You're going to have to reset the transparency value to pink. I'm not sure what program you use to do this, so I can't really give detailed instructions.
