I have the Japanese and the English RM2K3, and my English one keeps reading the Japanese RTP rather than the English one...So, it obviously doesn't work right...Could my patch fix this? And if so, how? (I don't know how to work it...)

Regedit, Enterbrain, RPG2003, modify Runtimepackagepath to the directory for the english RTP. And this should be in questions.
