Well sorry but if you're going attempt to tackle such a task you need to at least have a basic grasp of grammar which you don't seem to have.

You're judging his entire vocab/grammar skills on one post in an internet forum?

You're judging his entire vocab/grammar skills on one post in an internet forum? We ARE supposed to be using proper english, Atol. Plus he may have other reasons.

I suppose so, but Kam should at least tell the guy them. In my oppinion. He doesn't have to. Its his game, its his say. His word is law. Plus, he may wanna keep it a secret.

He doesn't have to. Its his game, its his say. His word is law. Plus, he may wanna keep it a secret. I'm talking etiquette here. Just because its his game it doesn't mean he should go around telling people they're too gramatically retarded tell a story, even if he doesn't want them to. Its just nice to be honest why your telling someone, even if rightfully so, that they can't do something. Even if his post was quite funny...

I don't think that's right. If we can make the effort to use English in its intended form, why shouldn't anyone else?
I find internet slang ugly and hard to read. It does not give a favourable impression of your intelligence when you use it. It does not take much more time to type in full sentences, with correct spelling, punctuation and grammar - especially since those who use the slang are often inept with computers.
Not everyone on this forum uses English correctly. Often this can be excusable, as a significant portion of the townies do not speak English as their first language. I don't know how they feel, but I for one have difficulty reading other languages when they adhere to all the rules, what hope do I have when written in slang? Others are young, some not even 13. We cannot expect them to get it right every time, they are still learning after all. Neither of these groups of people would be able to write a book in English anyway, so it is besides the point.
Books require dedication and time - you cannot rush these things. Take some time with your messages, it's not a race. When you only have 2 lines in your post it isn't much out of your day to ensure they are readable with minimal effort.

OK well the truth is I am helping someone else work on a novelisation. I'm not going to cancel it for someone I've never spoken to before and can't even seem to capitalise a name. MY name at that. All you have to do is hold shift when you press K. It's hardly challenging.
