Not really what I meant. I meant support as in interest, i got the graphics and all that covered for the most point. I got tons and tons and tons of music, and that can be adjusted in RM2k/3 as can sounds. My point was that people just don't bother with that, so they try and create like a dramatic scene and they us for example that crickets sound sample. But the Crickets are freakishly loud and over powering to the point where they dialogue would make more sense if there characters were talking like
"Don't go!" "What?" "DON'T GO!" "WHAT!?" "DON'T GO!" "WHAT!?"
and so on and so forth.

Ein, dude... Do what you feel like. If I didn't know any better I'd swear you were fishing for compliments with those two posts. I don't think I've seen your demo, so how can anybody give you decent, inspirational feedback? I, myself, think you should work on it until a demo comes out (doesn't even have to be that long) I'll definately play it, and will most likely enjoy it as well, considering that I like any kind of game with some cool features and a pseudo-medieval setting.

Who cares about the fan games, people shouldn't get all mad about someone making another fan game, just forget about it because more than half of them are never going to be created. Once they are on the site and you have played them you can criticize, but for those who complain all the time about people and idea's for fan games, just give up the grudge, kamau doesn't have a problem with them and they aren't affecting you.

I'm not fishing for compliments, simply explaining my position. They only things I have to show for my game right now I already know are pretty good. But the thing that was bothering me was I'd ask a question in my thread, and someone would say "I'll beta test" which really isn't anything to do with the question.

No offence People but Ls fan games are kinda lame. I mean Legion Saga Zenith was good, but Kamua makes games better than any one I know. And besides, you can't really do what you want. I mean you have to stay with in the boundires Kamua created. To me it's pointless. Like I'm writing a novel called Legion Saga,(and yes I have Kamua's permission.) but it uses the same time line, but it's different than the game. It uses Ridman,Shotan, and Eva, along with the gods and Barbatta, but everything is different.
My point is, make MAKE YOUR OWN GAMES, LEGION SAGA FAN GAMES AREN'T GOING TO MAKE YOU FAMOUS LIKE KAMUA, IF YOU WANT MAKE A GAME OF YOUR OWN THAT IS LIKE KAMUA OR SUIKODEN.
(becuase if you've played suikoden, Legion Saga is suikoden in a way, everything kamua got from his games are from suikoden.)

You managed to spell 'Kamau' wrong every single time... Kamau's good, no question there, but people like, say, Bloodrose, Lysander86, Lun and even Maxy I bet can probably surpass him in some way. Not everything he got was from Suikoden...well, probably. But the stuff isn't unique to Suikoden. I can probably name another game that had something that Suikoden had. Of couse, he did say it was inspired, but because it had no obvious reference to the game (like a character or the world) and the name didn't have Suikoden in it, it is not a fan game. Besides, the only reason I'm making LSZ is because I couldn't think up a good idea at the time, and I really liked my story.

Ridman, do you have any idea of how hypocritical of you that sounds? Here you are using a name from LS; Ridman. And yet you, yourself, are writing a story based on LS. Yet you put us down and talk about how lame it is to make a fan game. Aren't we all writing stories here? I mean, really, what's the big difference between writing something on paper, and writing something on the computer with animations? (Heck, you could even be typing the story for all I know)... And you speak of boundaries as if we have nothing to work with. Just take a look at the website and see how many characters and areas aren't even fully developed. I doubt anyone would bother making a fan game if Kamau hadn't put in that aspect of mystery... We LS fan game creators know very well of the so called "boundaries" that Kamau has set, and if your opinion were in the least bit true, we wouldn't bother with creating the fan game. We're not idiots here.
And who's to say we're trying to gain popularity by creating these games. Honestly? I'm doing it because it's "FUN." I enjoy myself while creating the game, and I'm sure I speak for all LS fan game creators when I say that. Here's a word of advice -- TAKE YOUR OWN! How about YOU make YOUR OWN novel, instead of basing it on someone elses creation. If you ask me, I don't think you have a right to speak about the topic in such a negative way. I apologize for the hostility, but I had to get that off my chest, my head almost exploded when I seen the post.

Kamau's good, no question there, but people like, say, Bloodrose, Lysander86, Lun and even Maxy I bet can probably surpass him in some way. Right-o BMZ, there are lots of people out there who can surpass Kamau. He may be a veteran to Rm2k/3, but that doesn't just make him the best. Maxy's game looks pretty kickass. We'll have to wait for him to release a demo and see how it goes.

This is off topic but...
thats something you should never do..
anyway... I was making a fan story series, but I decided to instead make it a part of my own story.. 'cause after some thought i realized it would fit.. and ridman.. I'm not sure if you "novel" will be like LS.. but if Kamau says its ok.. that I think people should give it a chance.. though everything BZ and JK said are true..

No, no no... You must've misunderstood. I'm not condemning his story or anything. I just thought it was pretty childish of him to put us down where at the same time he's doing something very similar to what we're doing. Actually, some might even call it the same rather than similar, since we're all just writing stories based on LS.

Yes there are people who can Surpass Kamau, Like Sky, creator of Devil hunter seeker of power. He can make better games, he just needs people to test play his games. I can create games my self that can be on an equal level with Kamua.
I've created a seires, the first game was on Rm2k, it wasn't that great. It had an abs, similar to COS, but a little different. It was to short. My second game is on Rm2k3, it looks really good. Later I'll post a screen shot.

*Shrugs*... It doesn't matter to me what characters you used. The fact still remains that you're basing your game/novel (whatever you're doing) on Kamau's game, but still put us down for making fan games. Also, the characters you just mentioned play a giant role in the series, so it's not like they're not important characters.

It's a novel my bad. All I'm trying to say about fan games is don't do it. It's a waste of time. Come up with your own Ideas.

You're a fricking hypocrite. Everyone, ignore him. Even by taking Ridman you're proving yourself to be a hypocrite. That's it? That's what makes you a hypocrite.
*bursts out laughing*
DEVIL HUNTER?! That piece of shoe?! Go home!
The CMS did NOT WORK. I was fairly unimpressed for the whole thing. The only things I liked were a couple of the music themes (I was tempted to use a few, but I'm not like that unless I know where the music is from) and the character set for the hero. The text was awful, the plot movement was lame, and the bugs prevented completion.
