Title: Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
Year: 2003
Genre: Action/Thriller
Plot Outline: John Connor is now 18, and a female terminator, called T-X or Terminatrix, is after him . Another T-800 is sent back through time to protect John once again on the verge of the rise of the machines.
Star Actors: Arnold Schwarzenegger (Terminator), Nick Stahl (John Conner), Claire Danes (Kate Brewster), Kristanna Loken (TX)
My Thoughts: This is the best movie I have ever seen in my entire life. The only movies that MIGHT come close to this are The Matrix Revolutions or Freddy vs Jason, but I doubt either will. Terminator 3 is non-stop action and holds some powerful visual effects. Many people might think badly about this movie because of all of the fake "animated" stunts that had to be done on a visual effects computer, but that is the whole point of the movie. The other day I was watching a late night talkshow and Arnold was a guest star on it. He said that the producers didn't have enough money to shoot the scene where Arnold rides the crane through the buildings, so he paid them like 1.7 million dollars just so they can make the film. This obviously shows he is not in it for the money, but for the action! I loved all of the special effects and the original ending, I never would of thought it was going to end that way. (SPOILERS!!!!!!!) Judgement Day actually comes and destorys the whole world leaving only John Conner and Kate Brewster to survive and form the Resistance. The story writers must of done that just to show there will not be a Terminator 4, this was it. If you have not seen Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines do so now! I have a little funny story that was fun to experience. The movie was released on Wednesday, July 2 but I watched it on Tuesday, July 1! They had a special "sneak peak" and actually played the movie four times the night before the release date, they had showings at 8:00 PM, 8:30 PM, 10:15 PM, and 11:30 PM and I watched the 8:00 PM showing, the first ever!! I thought that was really cool and I went back the next day to watch it again. I'll probably see it another 5+ times because it was so awesome. And the TX (Kristanna Loken) is hot
Rating: 10/10
Comments: This is absolutely the best movie I've ever seen.
