Just seeing what you people thought and why.
I personally prefer anime movies, mostly because I think that they are the most balanced form (from what I've seen). Almost all conventional movies can be divided into a few categories, be they action, romantic comedy ("chick flick"), comedy, or drama. All these types of movies are aimed at a specific group, menaing they lack certain elements, be it a good plot/storytelling, character development, action, or humor. Most anime movies try to balance most or all of these elements, which means that while it is harder for them to be excellent, when they are it makes for a much greater and richer experience.

Conventional. I like anime series, but honestly I never paid too much attention to the movies.

I'm going to have to go with conventional movies, due to the fact that Kill Bill Volume 1 has shown me once again that it doesn't have to be an anime movie to be kick-ass and extremely bloody.

Uhhh . . . There's good and bad for each. I loved LotR: FotR and Princess Mononoke. I'd pick the latter over the first. That doesn't mean I'll always watch an anime movie over an acted-out movie.
