in case you don't know what they are, B-movies are movies that are horrible (most of the time, on purpose, like, say, Rocky Horror or Army of Darkness).
I myself am a B-movie freak. Oh yeah, MST3k (mystery science theater 3000) fans count too.

They are no different than normal movies, if they are done well, they are good. If they are done poorly, they suck.
Starwars Episode 4: A new hope was originally made out to be a B-movie if you remember.

It always depends. Iv'e seen plenty that suck and some that I like.
Like cheap horror movies. "Sleepaway Camp" or "Silent Night, Deadly Night" for example are garbage but sometimes fun to watch just because they are that bad.

Got satellite, so now it comes on so early I can't even watch it anymore... btw, I watched it cause I liked the jokes cracked about the movies, not because I like B-movies. I mean, hobgoblins sucked ass.

the difference between a B-movie and a good movie is that a B-movie is still horrible. But, if it's great, it has lots of redeeming value, a.k.a. "camp value" (dont ask me why they call it that).
Come on, we all know that Rocky Horror was a horrible film. So why do people like it? Well, one, is because it's so wacky and idiotic that it's fun to watch, and two, the audience participation, besides being a sign for MST3k to have come, was a huge contribution for this movie to become a cult phoenomenon.
Rocky Horror taught everybody that you can make a living from making crap films. And that's exactly what I'm aimed for. Yeah, people know they make crap, but as long as there's a redeeming value, like it's sooooo ridiculous, then people will like it.
Anybody know of a sci-fi flick called "A*P*E"? Now THAT sucked. It sucked so much, it was hysterical, and soon enough, it gets my award for being a comic masterpiece.
I mean, who wouldn't want to see the gorilla fight a shark, that by the way, is really dead?
