it's good, but not for a wallpaper, because blue doesn't look very good as wallpaper and people usually want a pic of a game character they like or something... but if i told you step by step how you did it i'll probably be right at parts... let's see... i'm not really gonna do step by step i'll skip some
you did a usual blue background with a paint bucket or gradient then used render - cloud and lowered its transparency to about 20% then did a new layer below it and used monochromic noise and you made a new layer and light effect for each glow and for that meteor you made a big light effect and then smudged it, something like that...
Oh and now that i think about it it actually looks great as a wallpaper but i'm not putting it because of the SERGE, i can only see 50% of it and it practically ruins the whole wallpaper, i suggest you remove it.

I normally don't post in here, but I sort of tripped over some of the boxes of avatars being taken by Townies to the new Town, and fell in. Plus, I'm trying to get my post count up to the ever prestigious 1306.
But the images both look great. I made something like it once on paint. I made the background black and had a few white dots. I think I may have made one of them yellow for an artistic political statement.. I'm not sure, I was pretty baked.
