That's a big improvement on your last one, but the song doesn't appear to go anywhere. I did like it, but it's nothing compared to other things I hear (vg musics)
What you lack is a distinct tune in the theme, it seems to change tempo, tune and all that very sharply and it doesn't slow change between the two tunes. Also, the main part of it (which consisted of two notes and a big pause) seemed less than impressive. Try to just hum or whilst a tune and then transfer it onto your midi maker instead of just randomly placing notes (Which I have a feeling you did)
I felt there was too little in the music: All it was was a background beat of two notes with a quicker beat at times.
Sorry for the negative comments Sorry for the lack of musical lingo
I hope you will take what I said into consideration.

you're actaully very wrong.. the whole thing is in one tempo.. and is in key (I forget which one..) and I wrote it using music theory so it isn't just random notes.. Though it is a simple midi.. you mustn't be hearing hearing all the notes (either due to an untrained ear or error in the midi {it happens sometimes with my midis.. grrr}) I'm not offended in anyway by what you said, Inq. I just think you're a bit uninformed and lack knowlegde. no offense.
and this midi to be used as background music.. though I'm not one to make all that complex things.. Complexity is overrated when it comes to music.
