I've recently purchased a modem for my PS2 but I haven't started to set it up yet, because I need a mouse.
What is the official name for a PS2 mouse? USB Mouse?
Because I need to know what to search for.

Then how do you surf the net? I think you also need a keyboard.

You can't surf the net with a PS2.

So, it is only good for online games? I hope not...

Of course that's all it's used for. You need an internet connection to sign up for the Network Adaptor so they figure you'll just use your PC for surfing.

If they don't have a PS2 Mouse now, they should by the time RPG Maker 2 comes out.

If they don't have a PS2 Mouse now, they should by the time RPG Maker 2 comes out. Indeed, or else it really won't be worth buying. I'd like to know if you can add your own stuff in it. If not, then I won't even think of buying it.

Indeed, or else it really won't be worth buying. I'd like to know if you can add your own stuff in it. If not, then I won't even think of buying it. That's the lamest thing I have ever heard. Why would you not buy a game (an excelent RPG maker, at that) because you would have to push down on the D-Pad a couple times? And there is no feature in it that allows you to import your own graphics because it's fully 3D. 99.9% of the gamers who will get this will not have the skill to make 3D models.

Well, I'm not going to buy a PS2 RPG Maker.
You'll need a bunch of hardware to put your games on the internet and download other games.
I wish it would come out on the PC.
