By itself MGS2 is a decent game, but stood next to MGS it looks pathetic (not literally, as the graphics are better in MGS2)

It's a fun game, shooting and beating up soldiers. But the story isn't as good as the original. But here's a funny thing to do: While you enter the engine room (where a toy of Vulcan Raven is) the door to the left has a soldier on the other side patrolling a balcony. When he's looking off to the side, roll into him, sending him to plummet and land on another soldier two flights below.

Metal Gear Solid 2 is possible the best game ever made.
Raiden isn't as cool as Snake, but the whole storyline would not have worked so well without him. The storyline is really great if you understand which alot of people do not.
The gameplay is very tactical and good as well as the graphics and music, so you should really buy it considering its only $20 now.

What the hell are you all talking about? MGS2 is the best game I've ever played. Way better than MGS1. Raiden is just as cool, if not cooler, than Snake. The story is also very interesting and has many exciting plot twists. Although, if you want to get it, I suggest you get MGS2: Substance. It's a "special addition" of MGS2 and has tons of extra mini-games and other stuff.

I didn't like Mgs2, I somehow (This is gonna sound stupid) could not get out of the first room.
Don't bother saying how, I don't got the game anymore.

MGS2 is good, extremely easy but good.
Trust me on that. Put on European Extreme mode and come tell me that.
PS: Only Europeans have it. Games come late here, but usually better.

Yeah, Metal Gear Solid 2 is a hard game unless you play it on easy.
You should probably get Metal Gear Solid first and then buy Metal Gear Solid Substance.
And while Raiden is underrated, Snake is still way cooler.

Almost beat Olga on European Extreme...
What are you talking about? One of the best games you've played?? You can't have played much.
Raiden was a loser compared to Snake. Also, the *spoiler* arm scene!! What on earth was that?! No effort put into that part.*spoiler*

The arm scene made sense, Inq, because Liquid Snake's nanomachines were still in his blood when the arm was transplanted onto Shalashaska and the nanomachines spread to his brain. He is "Liquid" Snake for a reason. And his nanomachines were able to survive when Foxdie stopped his heart and caused him to fall in MGS.
