The Xbox is supposed to be the easiest to program for so I don't know where you get that from.
The reason they don't have alot of good games is because they don't have the best developers working for them.

The X-Box is basically the console equivalent of a PC, so I'd imagine that the programming for it ain't gonna be too difficult.
And the X-Box does have quite a few good games. Halo, Indy, Shenmue (can't get the DC version in the US, that one has to do), and so on.
Not a bad machine really, just a bit heavy.
