Even so,he would need to buy a chip,a CD-Burner to use the game,it's not playable if it's not on a PS1 CD(or a normal CD,for the chip case).
But why would we give link to that?If you want that, search over search programs, but I can't guarranty you that you can't fall on a virus.

Plus iso files are large, and you won't find one easily outside of file sharing. Doesn't matter cause like Fireknight said: You need a special chip and a cd program that's capable of burning iso files. I have all but the chip.

..I would play it, but I'm worried that it's probably a really big file..
Popful mail looks good..but what does the title have to do anything..?
Alex..I swear I've seen that person's avatar at Kaihaku Forum's..and their site..before I was banned...when i went under the alias of gamer. And he barely showed up there too..

Who are you talking about? And to play popful mail you need the latest version of Gens: gens.consolemul.comAnd the Sega CD BiOS file found at: www.eidolons-inn.de/sega/segacd_dev.htmlLook for American Mega CD model 1 BiOS Even though I've got both, the game still hangs up on me randomly sometimes. My computer never did like cd console emulators...

yeah. And you need a cd burner once you find the iso file kid. You might get lucky and be able to run it on a ps1 emulator, but then you also need a ps1 BiOS file for that as well. Don't worry about it though. Ps1 emulation is really confusing. It's best to leave it alone.

Can anyone find a WORKING version of Star Ocean?! (Don't really care if it's in Japanese...I can get a patch for it if I have to) The one I got doesn't seem to work properly.

That's where I got the one I just got...and that one doesn't work one bit. All it does is show different color screens...and you can't really see anything else.
