I just want everybody to know to rent this game, dont buy it. A week is plenty of time to beat it in, it takes about 3 hours to get through the first time. It is good though, so you should rent it if you have any intrest in LotR or action/adventure games. To anyone else who played it, were you disappointed with the secret character? I hated it. It shoulded been someone whos in the movie for more than about 5 minutes IMO.

Yea it would be so cool with Frodo. His sword is as big as a Urah-Kai's foot lol. I think they put Is- just because they had the prolugue as a stage. And hell, if they use the same moves they might as well have put Elrond and Balin as secret characters too. Anyways I love the Helm's Deep battle, except the middle one. It makes me want to pick up a sword and kill some orcs lol.

My faveorite stage was the Amun hen I belive, Lurtz was no challenge, but only with Gimli heh.
I belive they made the Fellow Ship Of the Ring for PS2 as well,I saw a few report's about it.And I saw Frodo fighting a Spider in a screen shot.

Lurtz is hilariously easy if you get perfect while hes stuck. He'll die in like two hits after that. I heard about the Fellowship also, I don't think it is getting as good reviews. I know EA didn't make it, so its most probably a lot different.

action/adventure im pretty sure. Gamespot has it, if I remember it was rated a 5 compared to Two Towers 8.

Lotr: FotR was a mediocre game . . . But all in all, I didn't like how limited it was.
I heard that you could do a LOT more in Two Towers, including combos and special moves and such. Is this true? If so, I'm rentin' it. Otherwise, it's just reading the book again, only lots of enemy creatures with everything except battles described in minute detail.

Yea, theres combos, deathblows, and projectiles you can use in Two Towers. The combo system resembles an RPG because you kill enemies, get EXP, and then buy combos. The only problem is all 3 characters have the EXACT same moves with different names.

[glow=green,2,300]Two Towers is good for about 2 hours, then you beat it and theres not much fun playing it again. Definitly a renter only. Maybe if it has a 2 plater co-op mode it would be better, like the GBA version.[/glow]

You can purchase skills, thus making the game alittle annoying to play.I only use only Aragorn Legolas and Is...I don't need to use ole Gimlie to slow yet however brutefull.

(talking about the movies) I hated Gimli in the 1st one but I thought he was really funny in the 2nd one. In the game he isn't that bad, best vs. shields and trolls.
