There are TONS of RPGs coming out this year and some that have been said to release in 2004. I know it's hard to pick just one, but what RPG are you most looking forward to? Here's a list of quite a few (not all) RPGs that are coming out (or recently came out): Final Fantasy 11 Fable Drakengard Sudeki Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 Champians of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes EverQuest 2 Lineage 2: The Chaotic Chronicle World of Warcraft Arx Fatalis (Xbox verison) Deus Ex: Invisible war Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Lord of the Rings: Treason of Isengard Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring Middle-Earth Online Otogi: Myth of Demons Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines Disgaea: Hour of Darkness EverQuest Online Adventures: Frontiers Monster Hunter Onimusha 3 RPG Maker 2 Again, those aren't ALL of the RPGs coming out soon, but a lot of them. I'm mostly looking forward to Fable, as you can see in my sig . MMORPG-wise, I'm mostly looking forward to Lineage 2. Massive PvP battle for castles and towns and the ability to ride huge beasts including dragons...Mmm... Anyway, what RPGs are you looking forward to? PS. Not all games are full RPGs. Some are action RPGs and others are stradegy games with RPG elements.

Forget the rest, Vampire: The Masquerade's the only game on my list . Maybe Deus Ex 2, but that's about it. I'm looking forward to games like Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (not out in the UK yet), and Sword of Mana, and games like that. Not just on the GBA, but similiar sort of adventures. I was under the impression that they decided to release Suikoden 3 over here after all, too, so if it does come out I'll snap that up before you can build up an army.

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 looks really good. I enjoyed the first one, aside from no store in chapter 2, and if they can improve, then, I'll be one happy guy.
RPG Maker 2 should be intresting.
And finally, I will reveal something else that I think is over-rated: EverQuest.

You could talk to one of the dwarves and he sells a lot of stuff. Not the dwarf that you talk to to continue the story. There's a different one. Edit: One thing I really hate about Dark Alliance that they aren't impvoving for DA 2 is that only 2 people can play. Even if you have the multi-tap .

Any idea what character you'll be able to use? Dr'izzl was cool, but getting him was annoying...

I know that you can play as a fighter, monk, or necromancer. There's 2 other classes but I don't know what they are. There's probably a secret character, too. And yeah, Drizzt was a pain to get .

I want to play as Elminster. Then the mangy turkeys will feel my highly magical wrath!
...
Anyways, I was never a huge fan of DA. I always preferred the original BG series.

Bingo. He's famous in the Baldur's Gate series as a bad@$$ dark elf with a pair of scimitars that are extemely powerful. In Dark Alliance he's a hidden character and starts out with his two swords mand Mithril Armor (as well as being at level 20) while everyone else has clothes, wristbands, and a Rusty Dagger.

Of course, originally, Drizz't is from Forgotten Realms, one of the most popular DnD settings. The funny thing is, while he's powerful...He really isn't all that powerful. He's only like...level 16 or something...Ranger class.
