Well, let's face it, criticism isn't abundant on RPG Town. Hell, Game Makers General topics aren't exactly plentiful. For us to improve our games someone does need to tell us where we're going wrong. Inquisitor is often deemed harsh, but that doesn't mean he's wrong. Hopefully EightSlicesOfPie will take all this on board in future, leading to a better quality game in the end. It may hurt the recipient when they are told, in the nicest possibly terms, that their work is not first rate, but I consider it better now, to have some object to the mapping, than for everyone to sing its praises here only to have it shot down at a larger forum with members that expect that little bit more from their games. Part of the failure of RPG Town in this respect is that it is not brimming with talented RPG Makers; we're a small community, now particularly, mostly comprised of young users who still believe Legion Saga to be the best RPG Maker game around. Don't take Inquisitor's advice for granted; he is considered one of the greatest map makers in the global RM2k/3 community, you're lucky to have him to help you.

This one is also not so much of a problem, but you have four trees chopped down and they are at the furthest possible points from each other. I'd see a tree stump as more of a man-made item when placing it on a map. Of course you'd make them random since they are afterall trees, but a lumberjack isn't going to come along with his big heavy axe, get ready to chop the tree nearest to him and then say "Hold on a sec, what am I doin' 'ere? I should carry this big heavy axe down these faulty steps, probably fall and break my neck in the process since they make no sense, pop my neck back into place and drag my big heavy axe along to this tree which is much further away and chop this sucker down. Then I will cart it all the way back up the faulty steps and bag home along with my big heavy axe. Look how much time I've saved!" That part made me laugh so much.

We both know it's not the regular basis that makes you miss the humour in it, you miserable so and so. ;D Oh I see that it's supposed to be humor, but I'm just not amused by it. Maybe "soulless" is a better term for me than ignorant.
