This is a question about the feature that is announced to be in LSR. What kind of classes is Kamau going to use? And how? Will it be like going to a certain somebody to change classes or once you select a class for a character will it be permanant? Or is it like the job system in FFV?

It's not going to play a very big role. Basically each character has a pre-set class, and it determines what sort of weapons they can equip. For example, fighters can use swords and spears, whilst magicians can use staffs and... something else... can't remember.
Anyway, it may also determine what skills your characters can learn. I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with the magic system yet.
The original in LS1 was too basic, but Orbs haven't really been introduced to the Midlands at the time of LS1/LSR, so I'll have to come up with a new method, which probably won't make it to the demo.

I have a suggestion to make but how about the characters learn their spells by doing minigames, doing a sidequest, training, or saying the right things when given a choice of saying something? Yeah it may seem awkward but I never saw an RPG with that kind of system
What? You're going to add skills? As in not magic spells but skills?

That way there may be too much focus away from the main storyline. Plus it would take the game a LOT longer to make with all the individual side quests and all that.

Oh, do you mean staffs and staves?

DMC, in the original each character could only equip one type of weapon and had one type of spell. This time you're given a bit of a choice. I meant magic by skills. Although we'll have to see... As for LSR's release date, I really don't know. The demo is nearly finished and that will be up until (and including) the duel with Shotan.
