..I was always wondering how Xaetrix was an Orogai..I mean..how long ago was that? Kobolds..closely followed by the Fellans and Genryu. Orogai are like elves from LOTR, so they're ageless. Thousands of years is like a day for them.

Orogai and Genryu. But mainly Orogai.
They're one of the main reasons I decided to make a prequal....

The Orogai aren't ageless, they just have an incredibly long lifespan and are able to hibernate for vast periods of time. They also rapidly physically evolve based on their social status, such as growing horns and wings.

About the orogai. Did that word come from the Dragonball series or has to do with orochi? (I dunno what the two are though)

Errr...? No I made the word up. If you find it in anything else it's a coincidence.

I'm sure the Orogai were a race Kamau created from scratch. Races like the Fellan and the Genryu are sort of new. The Breath of Fire series has variations on cat people so they have sort of been done before. I seem to recall Genryu being sort of like elves, from the villagers I saw in Genryu village. My favourite LS race would have to be kobolds, although I'm keen on cat people and elves.
Kamau- On a side note, do Orogai actually die of old age eventually, or can they keep evolving to stay alive?

I just used an elf charset for the Genryu in LS1, they're really not that much like elves. They have large claws on their hands and feet for digging like moles.
And yes, Orogai do eventually die of old age. They are not immortal.

So noe Orogais have very long lifespan BUT how did Xaetrix survive I mean didn't Dansa kill all Orogais?
and I know that Mojin guy and his Father Igou in LS III was cursed with eternal Life but what about Barbatta he knew Igou from Before

The humans killed the Orogai, and obviously missed a few. Dansa loved his first children, not their slaves.
Barbatta was sealed away in a cocoon, remember? He did not age.

And then when you play as Barbatta in the beginning of LS2, that was a long time ago, way before you play as Nastra.

..Well, they did say like elves from LOTR, so I'm guessing maybe 500 or 600 years, maybe more.
