I like the idea of that game, even if the alorious Majin Paul's left, why can't it be passed on to the next best programmer and finished, I just love that idea!

The project is cancelled for several reasons. Firstly, Majin and I both lost the game files for it, so the game would have to be started from scratch. Also, people kept coming and going, so it was hard to establish all the characters, not to mention that every 5 minutes someone would ask me if they would be in it, which really hindered my motivation to work on the project.
I do not plan to continue working on this project. However, if someone else wants to, I will grant them permission if I think they're skilled enough at Rm2k to work on the project, and also if it's still okay with Kamau for someone to work on it. The person I assign it to (if I assign it to anyone) can do what they want with it as long as they keep my basic idea of the storyline and let me help out with it, at least for advice and whatnots.

Thores...I'd take over but I suck with RM2K. Mabye someone who's good with the program could make it...then it would be fun to play!

Yeh, not me, I'm still looking for a purpose to variables... Maybe Psygon, or Magi-Prime, but of course, thats if they want to...

Maybe it should be like the chain game, y'know, if we all sent it to each other, and we introduced ourselves and added a new town or whatever...
It could work, y'know, the story wasn't going to be the games strong point anyways, this would be fun...
And then maybe Kamau could script some of those lovely full-scale wars...
And we could even have our own town, instead of a castle, and guess what we could call it...

I'd do it but my skills are no where near as good as that of some of the more elite members and I'm too busy.

meh, I think it would still be a great idea, but I think I might make a Suikoden/Legion saga game, where, instead of a castle, there is a town, I think thats pretty good...

Maybe it should be like the chain game, y'know, if we all sent it to each other, and we introduced ourselves and added a new town or whatever... I think that's a great idea. The only problem would be that Townie A would want to make their character look better when they get the game, so Townie A's character could have meant to be a merciless, evil, mindless killing machine, but when Townie A gets to make their part of the game, they'll make their character seem better... if you get what I mean. And we could even have our own town, instead of a castle, and guess what we could call it... We'd call it 'Sjh!-ªþ_;Îèiy.

Nice idea, but unless some elite townie like B said, make it, I don't see it being released.

The chain game is a nice idea, but chain games tend to work out even less than community games do. In addition to the whole "Townie working on it will make himself uber-important" thing, the entire project could be brought down by one of the Townies being lazy.

Well, Zeeph did make himself the main hero in his community game...so it won't suprise me if that happens.

The thing about a community game is you have to have been around the Town awhile and know everyone worth knowing, how they act, etc.
