That's sad how some people still like this show!

Well, in my opinion it wasn't good when it started and it only gets more irritating and crappy with painful amounts of repetition.

I agree, it's just that people that hair color changes and grows the size of humans doesn't always make a good anime.

Yes, i still like DBZ...not the cuddy ones aired on CN, but the japanese ones. Why? you ask that i still like DBZ? Well, its the first anime i've seen, i lived in japan and it was a big hit at the time and its the anime that got me into watching other animes. The first time i watched DBZ was when i was around 5 yrs old and now i'm 15.
DBZ is just an anime that i like....even though i don't really watch it anymore...

dbz r0x0r0x0r00x0x0x0x11111 No, seriously. dbz r0x0x0x0x0xr0r0x0!!111. No, seriously DBZ rocks. They may repeat some things, and there may be some errors, but overall it's a great show and I love it. You have a problem!?

I got one of those uncut DBZ videos with three episodes, and I liked them a lot better than when they played those episodes on TV. They got rid of sooooo much good stuff, just to make it a kid's show!

We take is straight for Japan, so it's always uncut for us. I hate it though, 'cause it's dubbed awfully.

In order to 'still' like DBZ, I'd have to have liked it in the first place, but as-is, I'm glad it's popularity is going down a bit. It deserves all the punishment it gets, in my opinion, because of two fundamental reasons:
I have never seen an anime that can chunk up a time period of 5 minutes real-time into 46 episodes. Ever. It's just absolutely riduculous when all that goes on that's meaningful in an episode is some guy charging up, then displaying the people watching on another planet through a TV or some crystal ball or whatnot. Then the next episode, hey! He's almost done charging! And then, of course, the following episode is what I dub the 'firing' episode, where he finally lets out that cataclysmic brain fart he's been storing up for the past couple episodes. Then, of course, there's the obligatory 'smoke and crater' episode, followed by the heart of the week's anime, the 'Ha! I'm still alive, sucker!' episode. And somehow, this formula NEVER SEEMED TO FAIL.
Sorry. I hate this anime with a passion.
The second reason why I hate it is that there's a vicious glut of it all throughout America. When I go to buy manga, I need to literally navigate through thousands upon thousands of DBZ DVD's and VHS tapes in order to dig out that one, shining grail of a special edition Akira from underneath the pile.
All I think is that it's vicious ratings abuse, and DBZ should have been stopped a long time ago.
Happy to have submitted my jaded opinions ;-)

I thought it was kinda good at the beginning, then it sort of died out when they all started staring at each other for about 3/4 of the show. I've been watching a little bit of it recently for lack of anything better to do. It's ok.

I used to like it but not anymore. I don't hate it I just like some more in-depth anime like Evangelion and Escaflowne. Maybe if I watch the uncut episodes I'll like it again.

I've seen all the episodes... it was pretty cool in the Fusion Saga, where Goku & Vegeta got into Majin Buu's stomach. But it was kinda boring. I've stopped watching DBZ, of course. I'm not a fan anymore, but I still like it. You have a problem?
