I *DO* have better things than to sift through long pages regarding the Cosmological argument. Is it possible for you to SUMMARIZE IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS?
Secondly, there's no need to begin a new thread over religion. There already is one. Continue posting there.
Thirdly, I have a logic test in 45 minutes I have to review, so I'll respond later, and in the original thread.

I would like to start this debate in a new thread (or preferably on the boards from my link pub18.ezboard.com/fhavetheologywillargueapologetics) since we already have several debates going on on that topic over there. Good luck with your test!

It's not hard to put such an argument in your own words. Do this in the future, or I really have little inclination to respond (I will read the article, of course, but not take the time to destroy it piece by piece).
Secondly, I'm not just uprooting and going elsewhere. The debate began here, and you have entered into it here. If you began here, despite being on another board, then too bad for you. I don't have the time to go across several boards to debate.

This one might be a pleasent surprise when it comes to arguments for God because its actually rather good.

This article is really rather good, however there is a substantial gap in logic when it argues that the universe cannot be infinite.
Just because something repeats dosn't make it not infinite. If we go by what this author says, then infinity in itself is impossible.
I can agree with the other possibility being logically sound too, as far as it goes in that argument, however when he goes on to say that God has a personality because he believes it does is a bit flakey. Yes there could be a cause that created the other universe however I have seen no evidence for it being omnipotent or omnicient or benevolent.
So from this article I can agree that there are two remaining possibilities that have yet to be disproven
1) The universe has a timeless cause. 2) The universe is an infinite regress of finite events.
Neither of which have been adequatly disproven in this article.
