I think that the debt should be cancelled as the IMF and WB exploited the third world......
My conspiricy theory is that because companies like GAP and Nike rely upon cheap labour from under developed countries the debt will not be relieved as this could economically better the countries which would lead to them introducing minimum wages e.t.c this in turn would prevent these sompanies from being able to exploit these countries for cheap labour.
