My friend Novalon and I have been working on our RPG for a while, and we are looking for a place to post it. However, we have had no such luck finding any such place. Could someone give us a hand? If so, that'd be great.

Try Gaming... World... Or Rpg2knet. RPG Source is a... bit dormant and stuff, so I don't think you'll be able to post it there soon.
