I went to see the movie last night. I overall enjoyed it (but did think it left out some parts of the book that would have made good additions). I suppose time constraints were needed...
If you liked the first movie, in all likeliness you'll enjoy this one. I personally think it's better than Sorceror's Stone.
Lucius Malfoy is very well-played. Snape doesn't seem as menacing in this one, which is a downside. Ron seems a tad whiny throughout the movie, in my opinion. The ending, though, is kinda cheesy, but I suppose that it's done to end the movie on a happier note than how the books end. And of course, Dobby is nicely done. ;D
Overall, though, I'm wanting to see it again.
Your thoughts?

I told you my thoughts on Harry Potter crap the other day . . .
And I started reading book #4. It's really not too great, either; But it IS quite an improvement over the first book. I mean, half of us could write books like the first one . . . I guess that no matter what age that you're at and how much you've written, your writing style, form, and quality will still progress the more that you write.
Maybe I'll pick it up again in a few more books. ;D
Edit - I wrote Harpy Potter crap. ;D

Well, see that I finally got around to seeing the first one, I'll probally wait to see it (I'm a little short on money right now). I've read all the books, but I didn't really like the second one...it was...kinda boring.

I'm meaning to go see it. Luscious Malfoy looks and talks like a LOTR reject

I'm going to see it this week. Personally, I liked Chamber of Secrets (book) better than The Philosopher's Stone (I refuse to call it by the American name).

And when I saw the LOTR movie, I couldn't help but think of Gandalf as a Dumbledore reject.

Hehe, yeah "The Soceror's Stone" is a joke of a name. I actually going to go with "Hate 3 hour long movies". I don't hate 3 hour long movies, but I do tire of them.
