15 minute poem. He stands atop the mountain, he watches alone His life is of a wanderer, he has no home The life that he leads,is one guided by fate Despite this however, he holds no fear or hate The die has landed snake eyes, the path is now set He takes the lowest road, and feels no regret. His count is now at twenty, and yet he still says 'Draw' It pays to take some risks because who's really keeping score? He sails upon the winds, the sky his only bar His vessel second just to one, that made it to the stars The bird of prey, his rival, is gone now from this earth, But every night he'll watch the moon and pray for the rebirth. And so he'll keep on living, this shaky edged life If luck is on his side he will manage out of strife. So if happen upon him you can wager he'll be back. Riding on both air and chance inside his fair Blackjack.

It's so cold, I'm weak and old. Death is near!
I'm so sad, I miss my dad, he was only I had. Death is so near!
But now, it's my time to die. I only say bye.
After my dead there is Tuonela. Place where my soul can finally rest, I can feel heart stopping in my chest.
Death is here, it's cold, but still so warm.
As I told before, death is near, all you can feel is fear. death is always near!
----------------------------- so what do you think? made in 10 minutes. it's not my best, not very good at english.

Hey Perkele, you're from Finland. And your name means "Demon" in Finland, and it's cursing in Finland.
EDIT: Tuonela means "Hell". If you have readt Kalevala stories, you know it.

Nuno, try not to double post unless you run outta room
I don't think this topic was too far down either, I don't remember. Anyway, don't do it again. If people want to respond to this topic they will, don't try to force it. Just a warning.

Nuno's not posting anymore, so it looks like our poems are gonna be left unaccounted for . Unless of course, I judge them . I know which one'd win, then.
