I've recently gotten into emulators for the PC, oh the nostalgia values of playing classic games like Streets of Rage and Toejam and Earl. And I knwo this is far-fetched, but I would really like Suikoden as a ROM for an emulator.

Suikoden is a PS game. There aren't really "roms" so to speak for CD/DVD based games. You could try and find the .iso (cd image) file from somewhere but I have no idea where and it would be 600+ mb probably.
However if you have the game CD itself, you can play it on PC with a PS Emulator.
Latest game I've been emulating is Metal Slug 5. BOOYA

hmm.. prehaps you can get it off DC++ and I'm pretty sure if you have the cd you can copy all the data off it (if you have XP) and make into a playable file.. some how.. 'cause thats how I got the Red Asphault sound track.

Yep you can copy the cd image. That is what the iso/bin is.

Which is a .iso not a rom, sheesh people. I know that, but I count it as one. Like a rom, an iso is a cd image converted to a single datafile on your computer. All the elements are compressed into that file, making it one. Just like a rom. And though the extraction is different for cd -> iso and cartridge -> rom, their concept is essentially the same. That's why I still like referring them to roms.

I used to have it, but I deleted it once I bought it for the ridiculous price of £60. Well it was worth it, in my opinion that is. Also the emulator I had didn't run it well and was a little slow and lacks on graphical capabilities, the emulator I had was a little crap is what I'm trying to say but it was the only one that would work for me. It took me around a week of none stop searching to get it too.

Essentially the same: yes. Technically wrong: yes.

One site : www.emuparadise.com. You can download Suikoden off there, once you past the thousands of popups...I should know because I downloaded it recently (why oh why did I play Suikoden 2 first?) and it runs perfectly on my Tiny 450Mhz with 128mb ram and Intel i180 graphics card on ePSXe. Yes, I know its possible to burn it to a disc, but my playstation 2s a spastic and won't accept the swipe card method for playing it...oh well. While on the subject of Suikoden, i'd like to say that the Suikoden 1 I downloaded is NTSC, and the Suikoden 2 I own is PAL, so I cant transfer McDohl (which by some research would be called ScDohl) to Suiko 2 . Anyone have a gameshark code I could use to get around this and release the McDohl lock?
