I was here when they spammed and I forgave them before they even got banned. They're not half as bad as... Wait, we've never really had any terribly bad spammers here.
Kaiser: Had a reputation at Devscape, so when he came here was instantly hated. I never had anything against him, so when everyone her flames him and he tried to defend himself and flames back, he got banned.
CJ: I can hardly remember what he even did. As far as I know, he came from RPG Arena/Devscape, messed around like a typical n00b and left.
GhostBusterCluster: (no, Inq...) He started the 'Paul hateism' thread and with one post he got five pages worth of replies. Sure it was an annoying spam, but he only did it once. Whoop de doo daa day.
Those are the only 'big' spammers and n00bs I remember, and they weren't even that big of a deal here (maybe other places, but not here). Forgive and forget, I do it as soon as I get angry with someone.

Actually,for Kaiser's case,he was flaming even those who were nice with him,he also impersonated Zeephos and Kamau,he also was ban-evading more then twice...

I agree that none of the spammers here were that bad, with the exception of Kaiser. I tried to defend him at first, regardless of his reputation, and got ignored by him in the process.
Also, I believe Mr.E has admitted to being DarkMage himself, meaning that cubsrule IS Mr.E. Although I'm leaving whether he gets banned again or not up to Kamau, since I myself was not responsible for his banning in the first place.
EDIT: And the stuff FK has said about Kaiser is true as well, I'm afraid. He's done worse at Gaming World.
