I'd have to say One Winged Angel is my favourite, followed shortly by Yu Yevon's theme. I quite like "The Extreme" from FF8 too.

Ahh, Pokemon...
You're right about the score. Very addicting.
Sephiroth's theme is the coolest, and I don't mean his battle music... I'm talking about the creepy one.
