Search for it on DC++. You'll find it instantly. I got 8 results on a single hub. All the slots were free and the users were DSL/T1. That means you'll download it in no time.

I no longer use Rm2k/3 so I can't sympathize with you on your losses. Game Maker is a lot better for me anyhow.
The fact that you don't know what DC++ truly proves how pathetically popular Kazaa and the other p2p networks are.
DC++ is part of the direct connect network, by far the best p2p out there. It's old school and has been around longer than Kazaa. When napster was in development, Direct Connect was already a flourishing file share network.
The reason it's so great? You have so much control. It works much like an IRC network, but you have access to everything the other users on the hubs have. Public hubs alone contain about 10 petabytes of data, and with the countless private ones nobody can guess how much is really floating around. The information given tells the users connection, how many download slots are available and so on. Plus, once a user with a file goes offline it's incredibly easy to find another. It's the only p2p network I use anymore and it's going to stay that way.
Though, I warn you it's more advanced than Kazaa and may confuse some people regarding setup methods, especially if you're behind a firewall w/ dynamic internet connection/PPoE. Just search DC++.... Something is bound to come up!

Aye, I used it, and I deleted it for some reason, forgot it, then got Kazaa instead. I am such a fool. I'm pretty sure this has a link too: shyguy.laughy.net/RM2K3.htm

Perhaps you could try to look in the War Of The Magi forum? Because really, there's links to working downloads in a topic there since Advo is a mod at that place.
